The AMD Kria AI SOM features the AMD Ryzen™ AI Embedded X100 series device on an industry-standard COM-HPC form-factor board. The SOM, available through the AMD partner ecosystem, features a CPU for agentic orchestration and real-time control, GPU for AI perception and reasoning, NPU for low-power, low latency AI, and unified memory.

The Kria AI SOM is built for compute-intensive physical AI applications such as robotics and autonomous machines, with the ability to scale up to 234 concurrent1 agents and make up to 8,000 decisions per second.2
